Program Benefits
Cost Savings and Scholarships
In four years, earn both a bachelor’s degree and an M.S. degree from a nationally ranked, AACSB-accredited business school, with tuition billed entirely at the undergraduate rate, and while still being eligible for scholarships and financial aid. Compared to a traditional five-year (4+1) program, Elon’s Accelerated 3+1 program can save the the entire cost of the MSA degree, which is $37,620. Plus, there is the added benefit of graduating with your master’s degree one year ahead of your peers, allowing you to begin earning higher salaries one year sooner.
A limited number of merit scholarships are available for students accepted into the Accelerated 3+1 programs. Awards are renewable annually for up to four years.
Dedicated one-on-one specialized advising
You will have a dedicated academic advisor to assist in course planning for both your undergraduate and graduate degrees. You’ll also receive registration preference for certain business courses in order to ensure you are able to stay on track.
All first-year students admitted to the Accelerated 3+1 programs take Elon 1010 together as a cohort. This course focuses on building leadership skills and establishing connections as you adjust not only to college, but also to the rigors of the program.
Elon Engagement Opportunities
While the program schedules are accelerated, you will have the same opportunities as traditional five-year (or 4+1) students to engage in the high-impact practices Elon is well-known for, including undergraduate research/creative projects, service learning, study abroad, internships, leadership, case competitions, etc.
Opportunities for International Students
Elon’s M.S. in Business Analytics program is a STEM-designated program, which qualifies an F-1 student for a STEM OPT extension from the standard one-year period to a three-year period.
