Elon 101

The small group of participating students are enrolled in an international business dual-degree section of the Elon 101 course. Elon 101 is a one credit-hour seminar course that integrates academic advising with other academic orientation elements. The program’s section focuses on the special needs of dual-degree students, such as program advising, building a sense of community and exploring the program aspects.

Events

The international business dual-degree program hosts networking events for students, faculty and staff associated with the program, as well as supports events coordinated by the Department of World Languages and Cultures. Previous events include visiting the North Carolina Museum of Art, going to the North Carolina State Fair and attending a presentation by German Consul Christoph Sander. Through speaker series, students have the opportunity to network with business executives and leaders from foreign governments or multinational companies.
