Education Staff
Bob Weston, Director of
Executive Education, earned bachelor’s
degrees in economics and business management
from North Carolina State University and an MBA
from Elon University's Martha and
Spencer Love School of Business. He has
more than 20 years of management experience and
has worked with several technology firms.
He has served as a consultant to
companies across the nation, specializing in
the evaluation and implementation of business
processes management technologies and customer
retention strategies. Bob is
a Certified Program Planner (CPP) and
serves on the board for the Conference on
Management and Executive Development programs
(CMED) and the advisory board for OE
Enterprises.

Kristin
Barrier,
Program Assistant for Executive Education,
graduated with an MBA and a B.S. in
Business Administration from Elon
University’s Martha and Spencer Love
School of
Business. While earning her undergraduate
degree, she assisted the Love School of
Business with their efforts to achieve
AACSB-International accreditation. She is the
main contact person for administrative aspects
of all Executive Education programs.
