Danieley A-F Apartment Renovations

Danieley Apartments A-F (the six apartment buildings surrounding Lake Verona) will be undergoing a comprehensive renovation during the 2026–2027 academic year.

These updates will refresh apartment interiors with new fixtures, finishes, furniture, and significant upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms—enhancing both functionality and overall living comfort. Students who select Danieley during housing selection will have the opportunity to live in newly renovated spaces as part of this process.

• Danieley Apartments (A–F) will undergo phased renovations during the 2026–2027 academic year. With D-F undergoing renovation in June-December and A-C undergoing renovation January-May.
• Students who select Danieley should expect one required mid-year move (around December). Elon University will provide moving support.
• Apartment rates will not change during the academic year, and students will move into an equivalent, newly renovated Danieley apartment for the second half of the year.
