Teaching, Scholarship, and Professional Development
There are many opportunities for Elon faculty and staff to engage in global education, through teaching, scholarship, and professional development. From teaching short-term Study Abroad/Study USA courses to in-residence at an Elon Center or Study USA program, faculty and staff are integrally involved in Elon students’ global experiences. The GBL curriculum is foundationally structured in global learning via the Global Engagement Student Goals. In coordination with the Provost’s Office, the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center also provides and supports a number of research and scholarly opportunities, including Fulbright grants.
