Housing Agreements

The Housing Agreement is an important document that all on-campus students are responsible for reading, understanding, and abiding by. Students must accept the Housing Agreement before they can select or be assigned an on-campus housing assignment.

Please note that the “Lease Agreement” for students who are signing leases for on-campus apartments is embedded in the housing agreement.

Loy Center Neighborhood Facility Use Agreements

The Facility Use Agreement is an important document that is revisited yearly with chapter presidents, Student Involvement, and Residence Life. All chapter members are responsible for reading, understanding, and abiding by it.
