General Information

If you are a member of a fraternity or sorority and you are interested in residing in your chapter facility in the Loy Neighborhood for the next academic year, please contact your current chapter house manager or president for information. Each chapter has the responsibility to select those members who will reside in the chapter facility, therefore your chapter house manager or president are your best resources to guide you through the process.

Once house members are selected, the chapters give a list of students to Residence Life (usually in late February) and those students are assigned to the chapter houses. Assignments are determined by the individual chapters. They will not proceed in the rest of housing selection.

Fraternity & Sorority Process

All students wishing to live in fraternity or sorority housing must complete the Housing Application.

Once house members are selected, the chapters give a list of students to Residence Life (usually in late February) and those students are assigned to the chapter houses. Assignments are determined by the individual chapters.

If you have questions please contact your chapter house manager, chapter president, or Residence Life (336-278-7300).

Loy Facility Use Agreement

Students assigned to Loy Houses, and Chapter members who have access to Loy Houses, must review and abide by the Loy Facility Use Agreement.
