Honor Code Considerations
Residence Life makes every effort to ensure that housing selection is a fair process for everyone. It is an honor code violation to attempt to circumvent the policies/procedures and makes housing selection an unfair process for other students.
The following are examples of honor code violations:
- Knowingly signing a lease for an apartment space that you do not intend to live in during the fall.
- Keeping your apartment so that you and your group can “pass” the apartment to students of your choosing or soliciting a group to “pass” their apartment to you.
Honor code violations in regards to housing selection will be handled through student conduct.
