Application Process

  • Students who currently belong to a community and wish to return must re-apply.
  • LLC apps can be found in Phoenix Connect and submitted between December 6-February 7, 2020 for fall 2020.
  • For information on specific learning communities, visit the Living & Learning Communities website.


Students will be notified of their LLC status in February 2020. Students not accepted into a learning community will need to proceed to another portion of housing selection. Once you have been accepted to a living learning community, this is your final assignment for the academic year. You will be unable to go through any other portion of housing selection once you are accepted into an LLC. Please be sure you are willing to commit to the community before you apply.
