One free month rentWe are pleased to be able to offer one free month rent (applicable to the 2026-2027 rates) for any rising junior or senior who applies for the incentive between December 1-13 and who successfully selects an apartment-style space during junior/senior housing selection in February.

  • Who’s qualified?
    • Only rising juniors/seniors and only for the 2026-2027 academic year.
  • How will this work?
    • The Free Month Rent will be applied as a billing credit before students receive their fall bills.
  • What spaces does this offer apply to?
    • This offer applies to any apartment-style space with no guarantee of which hall/neighborhood or who they are going to live with. Rising juniors/seniors who apply by December 13 will be guaranteed an apartment-style space in Station at Mill Point, Park Place, The Oaks, The Crest, or Danieley.
  • Cancellation Penalty: If a student cancels after committing to this incentive, or fails to choose an apartment-style space during housing selection processes, a one-month cancellation fee will be assessed to their student account using the highest monthly apartment rate for next year.
