Dean’s Student Advisory Board

The dean convenes the student advisory board two times every semester to gather student feedback and input on issues important to the School of Communications. The board comprises students from all class years and majors, and their work helps the dean make student-centered decisions. You can learn more about the group via the bios below.


Skylar Cook

Skylar Cook '28

Skylar Cook is a Communications Fellow from Portland, Maine, majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. She serves as the sport information director for women’s tennis and as an athletic communications assistant within Elon Athletics. An active member of the Sport Management Society and WINS organizations, Skylar is conducting undergraduate research on NIL for Elon student-athletes, WNBA growth and the evolution of the WINS program. She aspires to pursue a career in professional sports, specifically in the WNBA and collegiate athletics.

Colin Dorroh

Colin Dorroh '27

Colin Dorroh is a Communications Fellow, majoring in Cinema and Television Arts. He spends most of his time finding opportunities to develop his cinematography skills, from taking on various roles at Cinelon Productions, where he works on the executive board as training coordinator, to serving as creative video student producer for Elon Athletics.

Alana Driver

Alana Driver '27

Alana Driver is an Elon Honors Fellow double majoring in Communication Design and Middle Grades Science Education from Mooresville, North Carolina. She’s passionate about combining education and design to help students connect more deeply with science content. Her undergraduate research explores the use of eye-tracking technology to measure student engagement with science materials. On campus, Alana is a drum major for the Fire Of The Carolinas marching band, plays flute in the Elon Wind Ensemble, is an Elon social media ambassador and serves as a tour guide and events intern with the Office of Admissions.

Abby Gravely

Abby Gravely '27

Abby Gravely is an Honors Fellow and Journalism major from Richmond, Virginia. She currently serves as a reporter and anchor at Elon News Network, primarily working for the weekly live broadcast. She is a mentor for Elon’s Emerging Journalists Program and, through her off-campus job, has experience with video and photo editing, as well as graphic design. Outside the School of Communications, she is a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority and a team lead for a volunteer-run summer camp.

Kate Gray

Kate Gray '27

Kate Gray is a Communications Fellow from Silver Spring, Maryland. She is a Journalism major with minors in Public Policy and Statistics. On campus, she is a reporter with Elon News Network, where she specializes in written stories about politics and local news. She is also a co-producer for the Elon Student Television show “Win Stuff,” an operations assistant at the Gear Room and a member of the club swim team. She is passionate about First Amendment law and plans to attend law school at some point in her future.

Zoe Klevens

Zoe Klevens '28

Zoe Klevens is a Communications Fellow double majoring in Strategic Communications and Media Analytics. She serves as the vice president of communications for Elonthon, managing social media content and branding to increase campus awareness and participation in fundraising events for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Zoe also contributes to Elon News Network by creating content across all social platforms and tracking audience engagement. Outside the School of Communications, she is an active member of Alpha Xi Delta.

Lilly Molina

Lilly Molina '27

Lilly Molina is an Odyssey Scholar and Communications Fellow. She is a double major in Journalism and Media Analytics and a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. She is a student reporter for Elon News Network and teaches conversation classes at El Centro. In her free time, Lilly likes to work out, DJ and thrift.

Clare Myers-Moran

Clare Myers-Moran '28

Clare Myers-Moran is an Honors Fellow majoring in Communication Design with a minor in Spanish. She participates in Elon’s Danceworks and enjoyed being part of the International LLC during her first year at Elon. She is pursuing undergraduate research in communication design and tourism, exploring how visual design impacts global storytelling and identity. Outside class, Clare works as a student assistant in the Office of the President and enjoys creative projects and spending time with friends. Throughout her time at Elon, she hopes to explore the intersections of her interests in communication design, art, culture and language.

Emily Novak

Emily Novak '27

Emily Novak is from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. She’s majoring in Communication Design with double minors in Professional Sales and Digital Art. She has a dedication to graphic design and is passionate about her work. On campus, Emily serves as director of interactive media for Elonthon and social media coordinator for Elon Motorsports. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, reading and listening to her favorite artists.

Anabella Parisi

Anabella Parisi '26

Anabella Parisi is a double major in Strategic Communications and Media Analytics with a minor in Psychology. On campus, she serves as the agency director of Live Oak Communications — Elon’s student-run PR agency — where she manages 50 students and four agency departments to deliver award-winning campaigns to six clients across Alamance County. She also works as a design thinking catalyst and the social media lead for Elon’s Center for Design Thinking. Previously, Anabella was the 2025 chapter co-president of PRSSA at Elon and the producer of a Cinelon short film and an ESTV sitcom.

Charlotte Pfabe

Charlotte Pfabe '27

Charlotte Pfabe is a Communications Fellow, studying broadcast and multimedia journalism, with a minor in music production and recording arts. Pfabe’s passion for storytelling is reflected in her work with Elon News Network as a reporter and the producer of “ENN On Air.” She is also the secretary-treasurer for Elon’s chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. Pfabe works with WSOE 89.3 as the outreach director, promoting the station across the local community and organizing campus events. During the fall semester, Pfabe served as an orientation leader and is currently a peer educator, mentoring new Elon students.

Taylor Radney

Taylor Radney '28

Taylor Radney is a Strategic Communications and Digital Content Management major, who is actively involved in several student organizations across campus. She is a member of Live Oak Communications, Elon’s student-run marketing and advertising agency, and serves as social media manager for PRSSA. Taylor is also a writer and podcast host/manager for The Edge Magazine, where she contributes bi-weekly articles and helps lead creative content initiatives. In addition, she has been involved with Elon News Network’s design and media analytics teams.

Isaiah Scott

Isaiah Scott '28

Isaiah Scott is a Sport Management major with minors in Business Administration and Communications. Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, he currently works for Elon Athletics as a marketing assistant, where he manages the marketing table during games and executes in-game promotions. Isaiah also holds a leadership role on the Phoenix Phanatics executive board as the membership manager. With a strong passion for sports, he plans to maintain these interests by joining the club basketball team.

Reagan Sizemore

Reagan Sizemore '27

Reagan Sizemore is an Odyssey scholar from Asheville, North Carolina. She is double majoring in Cinema and Television Arts and Journalism and minoring in Criminal Justice Studies. On campus, she serves as the design chief for Elon News Network. After graduation, Reagan hopes to work on investigative documentaries.

Sophia Sta. Rosa

Sophia Sta. Rosa '28

Sophia Sta. Rosa is a Communications Fellow from Seattle. She is pursuing degrees in Strategic Communications and Professional Writing & Rhetoric, which will further her goal of joining the publishing industry as a book editor. Sta. Rosa works as both a publishing intern with Elon University’s Center for Engaged Learning, where she edits and improves SEO for blog posts, and as a freelance editor. Her dedication to storytelling is reflected in her extracurricular activities, which include theater and reading. She is also a member of the Mixed Martial Arts Club and of Intervarsity, a Christian organization.

Finn Wilkinson

Finn Wilkinson '27

Finn Wilkinson is a Change Makers Scholar and Cinema and Television Arts major with a Creative Writing minor. She is passionate about developing, writing and sharing compelling and diverse stories through filmmaking. She specializes in screenwriting, production design and special effects/makeup artistry. Finn is currently the creator and producer of “For A,” a game show under Elon Student Television, and also serves as the RA of the African Diaspora LLC and as a specialized consultant at the Maker Hub.

Lauren Winslow '26

Lauren Winslow is a Communications Fellow at Elon University, double majoring in Sport Management and Strategic Communications, with a minor in Political Science. She has been actively involved in the School of Communications, serving as a marketing and communications strategist for Turner Theatre, a production worker for Elon Sports Vision and an account executive at Live Oak Communications. Lauren aims to leverage her studies and experiences at Elon to pursue a career in the sports industry, focusing on social media and marketing.

Mia Zebley

Mia Zebley is a Communications Fellow, double majoring in Sport Management and Media Analytics. As the audience engagement manager for Elon News Network, she oversees the social media and analytics teams. Active in various sports-related roles, Mia creates graphics for Elon Sports Vision, hosts and analyzes games for WSOE 89.3, and is a member of WINS and Sport Management Society. Mia’s involvement relates to her love of sports and her desire to learn more about the growing industry.
