Kevin Trapani
Kevin Trapani serves as Executive in Residence at Elon University’s Martha & Spencer Love School of Business, where he brings decades of purpose-driven leadership to mentoring students and shaping curriculum at the intersection of business and humanity. He previously co-founded and led The Redwoods Group, a Certified B Corporation recognized among the ‘Best Companies for the World’ for its social impact. Under Kevin’s leadership, Redwoods became a national model for values-based insurance and risk management for mission-driven organizations like YMCAs and Boys & Girls Clubs. Kevin has also chaired the North Carolina Workforce Development Commission, North Carolina Public Radio, and United Way of the Greater Triangle, and served as Founding Chair of The Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He has been named one of Business North Carolina’s Most Influential Leaders and included among the MO100 Top Impact CEOs. Kevin is married, a proud father of three, and an engaged member of the Vestry at the Chapel of the Cross in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Christina Peterson
Christina Peterson is a sales leader at Google with 15 years of experience in the tech industry and a deep commitment to Elon University’s Center for Humanity in Business. She is passionate about developing leaders who operate with authenticity and courage, particularly in an era defined by rapid innovation.
In her time at Google, she has led teams focused on both small businesses and large enterprise customers, with a goal of accelerating their growth. As part of this work, her focus is on developing and empowering people. An ICF-certified and Hudson Institute Executive Coach, Christina has led large-scale people development programs and actively participates in coaching initiatives to unlock potential in her teams and colleagues. This passion for mentorship previously extended to volunteer work with iMentor.
She believes deeply in equipping leaders with the essential human skills of connection, courage, and cross-cultural fluency, seeing them as more critical than ever to navigate sweeping technological change and AI. Her global perspective is informed by five years of living and working in Paris and holding a Master’s in Cross-cultural & Sustainable Business from the American University of Paris. She is also a proud alumna of Elon University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in French & International Studies and was honored with the Elon College Distinguished Alumni Award in 2018. She is honored to support the Center’s mission.

Noah Bopp
Noah Bopp is Founder and Head of The School for Ethics and Global Leadership (SEGL), a semester-long school for the nation’s most motivated 11th and 12th-grade students. SEGL’s mission is to create ethically strong, internationally aware American leaders; it has locations in Washington, DC, London and Johannesburg. He is also a trustee of the Mithil Prasad Foundation (co-founded by SEGL graduate Rachna Prasad) and Capitol Hill Day School, and on the Advisory Council at the Andi Leadership Institute. Noah has nearly 30 years of school leadership and teaching experience.
Before SEGL, he worked at the Mountain School of Milton Academy, the Duke University TIP program, and St. George’s School. He has degrees from Oberlin, Duke and Columbia. The Lakeside School in Seattle, Washington, awarded him its 2021 Distinguished Alumni Award.
Noah and his wife Sydney, live several blocks from the SEGL Residence in Washington. They have a seven-year-old daughter named Daisy and a Havanese puppy named Pericles.

Mike Faircloth
Mike Faircloth is a results-driven senior executive known for stabilizing and revitalizing underperforming businesses. He has led operations and managed P&Ls in over 30 countries, advancing supply chain transformations, strategic M&A, divestitures and industry-recognized sustainability programs. Mike’s transparent, coaching-first leadership style empowers teams to innovate and achieve strategic goals.
As EVP and President of Global Operations at Hanesbrands Inc., Mike leads 45,000 employees across 30 countries, overseeing Printwear, supply chain, procurement, real estate, and sustainability. Through his leadership, Hanesbrands achieved record gross margins, realized $165 million in supply chain savings, secured $40–50 million in recurring annual savings, and maintained disciplined governance alongside award-winning sustainability programs. His prior roles included expanding Activewear, e-commerce and retail channels, and managing billions in spend under complex trade agreements.
Mike is a respected authority on global trade and sustainability, regularly speaking at major industry events. He has delivered keynotes at AAFA, introduced El Salvador’s President at the 2025 AAFA summit, and led critical discussions with industry peers. He led COVID PPE initiatives across the US, Vietnam and France, and contributed to Hanesbrands winning the 2020 Company of the Year Award.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys family time, boating, home renovation and outdoor activities.
