The Intellectual Property, Sports, and Entertainment Law Society at Elon Law aims to educate students on the legal aspects of both the sports and entertainment industries, as well as intellectual property law, including copyright, trademarks, patents, and related areas.

The society provides students with opportunities to gain meaningful insights into these fields, connect with attorneys, and engage with industry experts to apply their knowledge and develop professional skills. Through these initiatives, the society fosters a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between entertainment, sports, and intellectual property law.
