Elon University’s 134th Commencement was held on Friday, May 24, 2024, in Schar Center.

Elon University is a national leader in engaged learning, where education extends beyond the classroom into all aspects of campus life. Our Division of Student Life staff are mentors, leaders, and educators, deeply committed to a transformational student experience and our founders’ vision of an “academic community that transforms mind, body and spirit.”

Students are at the heart of what we do, often taking the lead in initiating, planning, and implementing Student Life programs and services.  Our strong partnership with Academic Affairs sets us apart nationally, enabling us to offer programs that integrate students’ curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular experiences, helping them find meaning and purpose in their lives.  Our team is dedicated to fostering a positive campus climate and providing the essential support for our entire community to thrive.
